All the living creatures in all the universe have energy,but not
everyone can control it.The saiyans,for example,are born with the ability of controling their energy,but the humans don't
even know that they have energy.To releas and feel the energy,the person need to concentrate in his belly and try
to feel it.after a few times, he will control his energy without concentrating and from here,he can learn to fly and to do
energy attacks and more...
Feeling Energy:
In the Namek and Frieza sagas,all Frieza's men used "Scouters"-a
devices that can feel energy levels.But Goku and the others,knew how to feel energy without any device.Also,they knew how
to hide their own energy so no one can detect them.It's a very useful ability of hiding and feeling energy:you can gain information
about your enemy's strenght and the distance from him.By hiding your energy,your enemy's won't find you.
