Goku reached this level in the other world.When he was supposed
to buy Trunks enough time to went to Capsule Corp,he turned to super saiyan 3 to challange Buu.Goku was stronger,but Buu didn't
hurt because of his body that can "repair" itself.
appearance:
the saiyan's hair is the same color as in the previous forms,but
in this form it is very long and it settled down.the saiyan doesn't has an eyebrows in this form.He also has the sparks and
lightenings of super saiyan 2.
Advantage:
More stronger and faster than super saiyan 2.

takes a lot of energy to use the form.
